It’s the New Year – a time when our focus tends to be on change. It’s back to the basics where the foundation for change is laid. We’ll be presenting some previously presented ideas to get you off to a good start as well as offering some new concepts along the way.
Establishing a Daily Practice is a great place to begin.
Start small and commit to a period of time you can manage. Do what you can and if you slip up, show yourself some compassion! Acknowledge it and pick up where you left off.
